Welcome

to The Praxis Studio by Jane Y. Jeong

The Praxis Studio emerges from embodied experience and is informed by community-rooted ways of knowing. It serves as both a personal archive of my evolving scholarship and a public platform for dialogue, reflection, and collective inquiry. This space holds the tension between research as rigorous analysis and research as relational practice—between documenting the world as it is and imagining what it could become.

Rooted in Freire’s (1970) understanding of praxis as reflection and action in dynamic interplay, this space treats knowledge not as fixed but unfolding—a generative process shaped by relational accountability, critical questioning, and care.

Through The Praxis Studio, I share ongoing research projects and working ideas not as final answers, but as invitations to think with, push against, and reimagine from the margins—together.
