Conference: AAIDD 2025

Wrapping up the 2024–25 academic year, I attended the AAIDD (American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) Conference in Washington, D.C. this past June. I had the privilege of sharing preliminary findings from my pilot study on how sibling cultural and linguistic brokers are socially situated within the U.S. context, presented during an issue brief session.

It was my first time attending AAIDD, and I was grateful for the opportunity to connect—and reconnect—with colleagues. Looking forward to sharing the final product soon!
